In monorail systems, rail and consoles are placed inside or outside the parapet in the most appropriate way by calculating static and dynamic loads according to the architectural structure of your building.

• Since it does not occupy any space on the terrace, it offers the possibility to use your building’s terrace in maximum efficiency.
• Thanks to its compact structure, you can park the system at the most suitable location after the cleaning work is finished.
• It also offers the opportunity to work with two people on the platform to clean.

C) MOVING GROUP AND SPECIFICATIONS

There are 2 motorized carriage groups on the machine.

The gear units on the motor-driven walking group are 2.2 kW-10 rpm and the machine moves at 10 cm / s to the right or left. The speed of the system can be optionally increased or decreased.

D) WORK PLATFORM AND SPECIFICATIONS

d1) Work platform specifications and carrying capacity

On the work platform there are walking mechanisms, braking system, electric panel and movable platform.

The carrying capacity is 240 kg. According to EN 1808,

All movements of the work platform will be commanded by pressing a button on the electric panel.

At the base of the work platform, an extended sheet metal system is used to prevent the feet of the platform from slipping.

Work platform is subjected to hot-dip galvanizing process to increase resistance to external impacts.

The work platform has a collapsible platform system for angular movement.

d2) Work platform command system

All movements of the work platform are commanded by pressing a button on the electric panel.

SECURITY APPLIANCES

For an operation that will not pose a threat to personnel, the machine is equipped with many safety devices that control whether different sections are functioning properly and which are switched on in case of malfunction or error.

e1) Appliances on the Working Platform

The electromagnetic disc braking system on the moving mechanism is available on the motors, which ensures that the gearbox automatically locks when damage to elements such as spindle.

The upper limit switch, which stops the work platform when it reaches to the end, is available in the system.

F) ELECTRICAL GROUP AND AUTOMATION SYSTEM:

We use state-of-the-art techniques in the design of our electrical equipment to respond quickly to customer-requested demands, reduce maintenance costs, and improve and enhance the effectiveness of operators.

The horizontal movement of the basket can be controlled from the basket with the wired remote control.

All the equipment and switches that make up the electric panel are Siemens and Telemecanic brand.

The user can control all movements from the work platform through the wired remote control.

The thermal and relays are present in the panel group and thus the system is protected against voltage fluctuations.

The panel with IP65 protection class, which is resistant to external weathering, is used in the system.

A control box made up of globally recognized brands.

The machine is designed according to 3 phase electrical system. (380 V, 50 Hz)

G) CORROSION PREVENTION AND WARNING LABELS

Work platform is subjected to hot dip galvanizing process and then necessary warning labels are added to required places to make it ready for shipment.
