OVERVIEW AND ADVANTAGES
APPLIED STANDARDS
c1) Walking Group and Specifications
There are a total of 4 carriage groups on the machine, 2 with motor and 2 without motor.
The gear units on the motor-driven walking group are 0.55 kW-10 rpm and the machine moves at 5 cm / s to the right or left.
c2) Rotary Island System and Specifications
Rotary Island System provides convenient access to the angled parts of the building.
After working on the facade, the system is parked on the terrace. Reducers on the facade turn system are 0.75 kW 12d/d.
Rotary Island rpm is 7.5 cm/sec.
c3) Boom group and specifications
Movement of the boom group is provided by two hydraulic cylinders.
The distance of working platform to the façade can be adjusted by moving up and down and back and forth.
With these movements, you can park your work platform where you want on the terrace.
c4) Header Rotating System and Specifications
Header Rotating System is connected to the end of the boom.
By ensuring that the work platform can rotate 340 degrees around its own axis, the work platform can be easily reached to the facade.
Reducers of 0.18 kW, 6 rpm has been used in the header rotating system.
C5) Counterweight system
As counterweight, concrete blocks or gray cast weights are used (15x85x15cm) as much as the system requires.
D) WORK PLATFORM AND SPECIFICATIONS
d1) Work platform specifications and carrying capacity
The carrying capacity is 240 kg. According to EN 1808, the working platform is produced in the size of WxLxH (70x200x110 cm).
All movements of the work platform will be commanded by pressing a button on the electric panel.
It is possible to manually lower the work platform to the desired position in case of power failure.
At the base of the work platform, an extended sheet metal system is used to prevent the feet of the platform from slipping.
Work platform is subjected to hot-dip galvanizing process to increase resistance to external impacts.
There are 2 pieces of special glass restraining wheels on the work platform to prevent rubbing against the façade and to adjust the distance with the façade.
The work platform has 4 wheel systems with ability to turn around its own axis, allowing for on-the-ground movement.
d2) Climbing motor group and specifications
Climbing mechanisms are Hayk Brand.
The climbing mechanism that allows the platform to move up and down is available as a total of 2 units on the right and left of the basket.
The engine power used in the climbing mechanisms is 1.1kW.
The speed of movement of the system up and down is 4.5 m / min.
Electromagnetic disc braking systems are available on climbing mechanisms.
d3) Rope rolling systems and specifications
After leaving the main climbing mechanism, it is ensured that the idle rope is rolled by a regular mechanism by preventing it from hanging down.
d4) Parachute break system and specifications
The parachute braking system immediately steps in, in case of a damage to the main ropes that enter the main climbing motors, ensuring that the work platform is hanged safely in the air.
d5) Work platform command system
All movements of the work platform is commanded by a button on the electric console.
E) SAFETY APPLIANCES
For an operation that will not pose a threat to personnel, the machine is equipped with many safety devices that control whether different sections are functioning properly and which are switched on in case of malfunction or error.
e1) Appliances on the terrace unit
A magnetic disc brake is available on the reducer rotating the Rotary island gear.
Limit switches are available on the system to prevent the rotary island to rotate in a complete tour.

e2) Appliances on the work platform

The electromagnetic disc braking system on the climbing mechanism is available on the motors, which ensures that the gearbox automatically locks when damage to elements such as spindle.
In case of power failure, it is possible to manually lower the basket to the desired position with the auxiliary landing lever.

F)STEEL ROPES GROUP AND SPECIFICATION
The system features a total of 4 lines-2 main and 2 safety lines-with a diameter of 8mm. 6×19+7mm galvanized steel ropes are used in the system.
The minimum breaking load of steel ropes is 1770N / mm2 for 1 piece.

G) ELECTRICAL GROUP ANT AUTOMATION SYSTEM
We use state-of-the-art techniques in the design of our electrical equipment to respond quickly to customer-requested demands, reduce maintenance costs, and improve and enhance the effectiveness of operators.
All movement of the platform is controlled by radio frequency or wired remote control.
All the equipment and switches that make up the electric panel are Siemens and Telemecanic
The user can control all movements from the work platform through the wired remote control.
The thermal and relays are present in the panel group and thus the system is protected against voltage fluctuations.
The panel with IP65 protection class, which is resistant to external weathering, is used in the system.

The machine is designed according to 3 phase electrical system. (380 V, 50Hz)
The energy transfer line along the way that machine travels in the terrace must be done by you.
H) CORROSION PREVENTION AND WARNING LABELS
Since the building maintenance units are continuously subjected to bad working conditions, the terrace unit and work platform are subjected to sandblasting process, then special industrial paintings and professional handles are made ready for shipment by adding warning labels to necessary places after painting.
