To conveniently and safely transport equipment or vehicles from one level to another, goods lifts are needed. The following items should be clear to create and propose a project design for goods lifts.
A) Load capacity,
B) Min-max height,
C) Platform size
After this information is obtained, the most appropriate system is mutually agreed upon and proposed. Lifts may be installed into or alternatively above the foundation. We are capable of manufacturing traction and hydraulic goods lifts of any tonnage and size.
A) STEEL ELEVATOR SHAFT
The shaft of the system is specially assembled on site. The steel elevator shaft is firmly connected to the concrete platform. The elevator shafts rising along the floors are combined with welded joints.
B) CARRIAGE CABIN
It is produced from steel construction, its base is coated with 3-4mm diamond-cut sheet metal.
C) POWERTRAIN AND REDUCER GROUP
The main carrier motor and reducer group, which will be placed on the steel lift shaft to be formed or at a suitable point, ensures that the cabin can move safely up and down. On the reducer unit there is an electromagnetic brake system and safety switches on the main carrier.
D) SAFETY EQUIPMENT
For an operation that will not pose a threat to personnel, the machine is equipped with many safety devices that control whether different sections are functioning properly and which are switched on in case of malfunction or error.
E) ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, PANEL AND CONTROL
We use state-of-the-art techniques in the design of our electrical equipment to respond quickly to customer-requested demands, reduce maintenance costs, and improve and enhance the effectiveness of operators. The vertical movement of the basket can be controlled with the wired remote control.
The energy transfer line where the system will operate must be done by you.
F) PAINT AND WARNING LABELS
Since the machines are continuously subjected to bad working conditions, professional machines are subjected to special industrial paintings over a filler and are made ready for shipment by adding warning labels to necessary places.
